Can Jay Biggs meet EVERY Scout group in the UK?

Recently Jay was asked 'how many Scout Groups are there in the UK?' and after deliberating and giving an answer of 'Lots?!' Jay decided to expand on this idea...
She decided to find out...
Unfortunately, when others would just ring Gilwell and ask, Jay was told she would never be able to meet them all, and now she has decided to prove everyone wrong...
The mission is:
- Meet one representative from every Scout Group in the UK
- Give them a good old lefty hand shake
- Relieve them of one of their groups name tapes
- Raffle off the Name tape Banner for the NSPCC and the Scout Association
Can it be done? Help me find out!
