This will be a chance to look back on the year and celebrate the achievement of the Network and what activities and events we have taken part in.
Also it is the time of year where we elect the committee for the following year. Following the rules in the constitution:
6 - f) All Committee Members will be nominated into position by Network Members.
6 - g) If two or more nominations are received for the same position as secret ballot will be held.
6 - h) Members cannot be elected for a position if they cannot for fill the required term.
6 - i) All Committee Officers will serve for 2 years.
6 - j) All other Committee Members will serve for 1 Year.
6 - k) After serving their term, a member may stand for re-election.
Therefore there are three positions up for Nomination/Elections this year. They are Administrator (Currently Held by Graham Rees-Evans), Publicity Coordinator (Currently held by Jon Rees) and Events Liaison Coordinator (Currently Held by Luke Morgan).
